Prof. Salzwedel is Professor Emeritus and headed previously
the Department of System and Control Theory at the University of Ilmenau.
He is an expert in the design of CAE
(computer aided engineering) tools. Previously he was with the
University of Munich, Stanford University, Cadence Design, Comdisco
Systems, Systems Control Technology, Volkswagen and Airbus.
